Personal Assistant (2 yr Fixed Term Contract initially)
As Moulton College continues on a journey of rapid growth and expansion we are now seeking to add to our executive support team with the creation of this new post.
Working closely with the Principal’s Personal Assistant you will provide a confidential, high quality administrative support service to our Senior Leadership Team. Your duties will include diary management, coordinating and arranging meetings including the preparation of associated papers and documents; minute taking; meeting and greeting of visitors and call management. In addition you will also be required to attend and support college events at evenings and weekends as required.
Alongside this you will be supported to complete a relevant qualification as part of an Apprenticeship programme in office management or administration.
Ideally we are looking for a graduate to join our team in this busy role. You must be organised and be self motivated to complete tasks quickly and accurately. You will be able to maintain confidentiality and have a professional approach in your dealings with others to ensure you project a positive impression of the College at all times. You will have good interpersonal skills and be able to build rapport with a range of people quickly.
