Lecturer – Sport and Public Services

We are seeking to appoint a full time Lecturer to teach within our Further Education Sports provision. The exceptional facilities offered at Moulton College fully embrace the growth in demand for sports courses, we have seen a huge 30% increase in student numbers going into the new academic year. These superb facilities include a full size basketball court, four badminton courts and a volleyball court as well as a dance studio, sports science lab and fitness suite to allow a greater variety of practical subjects to be studied.

Duties will include teaching and training students and other client groups in Sport and Public Services to quality standards set by the College. Tutoring and managing of one or more courses or groups of students, along with leading on the development, planning, delivery and evaluation of high quality, motivational and inclusive learning experiences.

If you have a willingness to operate flexibly, have experience within, and up to date knowledge of, the Sports and or Public Service industry, the ability to present information effectively and motivate students in order to improve student satisfaction, then we would love to hear from you!

The successful candidate will be educated to BSc Level or equivalent in a Sport or Public Services related subject, have experience teaching or coaching in a similar Further or Higher education setting and hold a minimum of grade C or equivalent in GCSE English & Maths.
