CU Coventry’s new state-of-the-art campus is located in the heart of the city and is designed to enhance our innovative education model and provide students with a cutting-edge teaching and learning environment.
We are seeking to appoint a new academic to teach across our BA (Hons) Public Health & Community Studies. A background in public health practice and policy would be desirable. You will be familiar with a range of approaches to public health, including population-based and partnership approaches, and a comprehensive understanding of the socio-economic and wider determinants of health. It is essential that you have an innovative approach to teaching, learning and assessment with a willingness to teach across multiple core areas and the ability to contribute to curriculum development.
It is essential you hold at least a First Degree in a relevant Discipline/equivalent professional qualification with significant practical work experience in a related discipline. You will have or be willing to achieve a relevant teaching qualification such as PGCHE/Higher Education Academy (Associate Fellow/Senior Fellow) accreditation.
