Joining us as Schools Partnership Co-ordinator, you will use your communication, influencing and networking skills and pro-actively build effective relationships with key external stakeholders, particularly local schools, universities, careers advisers, year 11 applicants and parents. You’ll work in a range of targeted schools and colleges within the South West London area, agreeing and delivering a bespoke programme of activities in order to strengthen the partnership and increase applications from these institutions.

We’re looking for an individual who is educated to degree level (or who holds an equivalent professional qualification) and who has experience of public speaking whether that be in assemblies, or workshops with large groups of students in Year 10/11 or Sixth Form, either in a teaching, youth work or information and guidance capacity.

With excellent presentation skills and a creative approach to developing and delivering engaging presentations for large groups of people, you will have experience of developing educational activities and materials, and be able to build effective working relationships with a range of key stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as is good negotiation, influencing and persuasion skills.

This position is predominantly based at Kingston College but is a Group wide post, covering the South Thames Colleges Group (Kingston College, Carshalton College, Merton College and South Thames College).
