Lecturer/Programme Tutor, Art & Design (Fixed Term)

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Department of Creative Arts DN Group (North Lindsey). In the first instance we are seeking to recruit a 0.8 part-time lecturer to teach Art and Design levels two to three. This will be a fixed term post until July 2022.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of a Degree and a PGCE/equivalent teaching qualification, for the sector. Experience of teaching Art and Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design or Digital Media related subjects at FE level is essential, preferably along with relevant professional experience of the sector (exhibition profile, commission work etc).

 We are looking to both maintain our existing specialisms and broaden the curriculum offer. The successful applicant would be expected to have an Art based specialism and the ability to teach in subject areas across the Art and Design spectrum.
