Faculty Office Administrator - 18.5 hours per week

We are seeking an administrator to join our Faculty Office administrative team. You will be based at our Blossomfield campus in Solihull but will provide administrative support for a range of curriculum areas across all of our Campuses.

Acting as a point of contact for our Heads of School and customers, you will undertake general administration tasks, and be responsible for the administration of key aspects of the Faculty Office function. 

You will have experience of using Microsoft Office packages, in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook, teamed with excellent customer service and effective communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience of using Microsoft Teams will also be an advantage.

This is a part time role working 18.5 hours per week, ideally working Wednesday to Friday, however this can be discussed at interview if a revised working pattern is required.
