Perth College UHI is one of Scotland’s leading colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland’s newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands.
We are currently looking for a specialist Lecturer in Psychology. The successful applicant for this post will teach on a range of courses from National 5 to Degree.
It is anticipated that the successful candidates will currently be working within or have experience of Further and Higher Education and will be able to provide specialist knowledge to contextualise the learning and teaching. The candidate will be educated to at least Honours degree level and/or have an equivalent professional qualification. A British Psychology Society recognised degree is preferred but not essential. A knowledge of online Virtual Learning Environments is desired, but training will be provided. The ability to teach in another area of the Humanities would be desirable but not essential.
