Kirklees College is a large successful FE college, currently Ofsted graded as Good. Operating across Kirklees with centres based in Huddersfield and Dewsbury.  

We are looking to recruit a passionate Lecturer in Business Studies who can deliver BTEC L1 – L3 Business subjects which include Developing a Marketing Campaign, Finance for Business, Principles of Management, International Business and Business Decision Making. The ideal applicant would have experience in delivering exam based qualifications within an FE establishment along with current industry experience.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a modern building, with excellent on site facilities, such as a fully equipped gym, hair & beauty salons and fine dining restaurant.

The qualifications deemed essential for the post are a minimum of a Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy (e.g. GCSE English and Maths at grade A*-C) and. The ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is also essential for the post.

Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
