Student Revenue Assistant
To provide information, advice, guidance, customer service and administration support within the Customer Services Team in response to all College provision and across all stakeholders including internal and external customers. With particular reference to the college’s Learner financial support funds. This job role will also provide reception cover, switchboard cover, and enquiry handling,
The role will involve all customer service related enquiries, which ensures staff and students are provided with a consistently high quality service.
