JE12 Achievement Coach July 2021

We have a number of roles available for enthusiastic and caring individuals to take on this key role as an Achievement Coach at Nottingham College.

The successful candidates will have an understanding of the needs of further education students and the barriers they face in achieving their dreams, you will work closely with vocational and maths & English teams, which requires excellent communication skills and a strong team work ethos.

You will play a vital role in the pastoral support of our learner and a key part of this is monitoring attendance and providing support in tutorial sessions. You also provide 1-1 targeted support for our vulnerable learners aged 16 – 19 and 19 +, alongside this experience of supporting individuals with mental health and wellbeing is highly preferable.
