An exciting opportunity to lead Motor Vehicle, Engineering and Blacksmithing division which delivers a range of further education and apprenticeship programmes, and adult skills courses. Leading a team of dedicated staff, the Curriculum Manager will ensure we deliver the best possible experiences to our students, helping them to maximise their potential and make positive progress towards their timely success, future study and employment.

We are seeking an inspirational leader, who is enthusiastic to deliver the highest standards to our students. Knowledge of motor vehicle, Engineering or Blacksmithing would be an advantage but not essential, more importantly, the successful candidate will possess effective people management skills reflected in a track record of managing high performance in teams.  You will need to be able to influence and build relationships internally and externally to raise awareness of the future ambitions and developments for training in this sector and ideally hold a degree level teaching qualification.
