About the role
The School of Community and Foundation Learning, Supported Learning Department at Morley College is seeking an experienced Supported Learning practitioner/leader for the post of Programme Manager 0.4 to help lead on the operational management of the Supported Learning area. They will work with the Head of School to
- coordinate non-accredited courses across the provision,
- advise students and/or carers,
- ensure quality of teaching, learning & assessment,
- lead on curriculum development,
- manage tutors and other departmental resources.
They will also support the Head of School in providing strategic leadership and management to the programme area in line with the college strategic priorities and will contribute to cross-college initiatives to support whole college development. They will also have some teaching responsibilities commensurate with their contractual hours.
