Values & Behaviours

Join an aspirational team of trainers for a rewarding future. This is an opportunity which will enable you to pass on your knowledge, skills and experiences to apprentices and train them to become successful in their careers.

Contract: 37 hours per week, Permanent

You will have a dedicated caseload of apprentices who you will oversee for the whole of their learning journey throughout the duration of their apprenticeship. You will coach and train apprentices through to successful completion of their apprenticeship where their knowledge, skills and behaviours are assessed through an apprenticeship ‘end point assessment’.

Maintaining close working relationships internally with colleagues providing day release training, and having very good communication with apprentices’ employers are key factors in ensuring apprentices successfully complete their training in a timely manner.

The post will be shortlisted against the essential and desirable criteria at application stage from the person specification.

For further details on this post, which the job description and person specification cannot answer for you, please email chris.todd@nottinghamcollege.ac.uk

Interviews/assessments planned for week commencing 9th August.
