Senior Finance and HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR and finance professional who would relish the opportunity to help a charity established in 1597 achieve its vision of ensuring that more people of all backgrounds benefit from the outstanding university level education we provide.

The Senior Finance and HR Manager will:

  • Be responsible for the overall management and delivery of the College’s financial processes and compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Work closely with CEO on facilitating strategy delivery from a financial perspective
  • Offer accurate interpretation, advice, application and representation to CEO and senior staff on employment legislation, best practice and policy and procedures in relation to HR matters including recruitment and selection, remuneration, terms and conditions of service, disciplinary and capability cases, grievance, redundancy etc
  • Update, develop and help enforce the College’s HR policies

Salary:                      c. £58,000 - £60,000 FTE

Part-time:                  4 days per week (3 days may be possible for the 
                                   right candidate
)

Accountable to:        CEO

Location:                     London Office (we will also consider flexible
                                     working)

Benefits:                     Generous leave allowance, Pension (SAUL)
