The Faculty of Fashion at Nottingham College is a vibrant, inspiring and successful learning environment to work and study, offering courses in Fashion Business, Textiles and Design across a range of levels, all located in the Adams Building at the heart of the historical Lace Market in Nottingham City Centre.

Contract: 37 hours per week, Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a full time Fashion Business Lecturer to join our team, the role will include teaching and tutoring learners on our Level 3 UAL Fashion Business course and help support the development of a new foundation course at Level 4.

Our ideal candidate will have specialist knowledge and experience within fashion business preferably gained either from a Head Office role or Store Environment. The current Level 3 Fashion Business course covers a wide spectrum of commercial aspects of fashion, detailed knowledge of one or more of the following areas; Supply Chain Management, Fashion Marketing, Communication and Branding, Visual Merchandising, Fashion Sustainability, Garment Technology or Product Development would be beneficial.

Your enthusiasm will encourage our students to achieve their maximum potential, alongside giving them up to date expertise to enhance their ability to either progress educationally or in to employment. Experience of teaching and course leading within an educational setting would be advantageous however for this can be offered in house, a degree in a related subject is expected.
