Marketing Manager

An exciting opportunity to join a thriving team in an ambitious college. We are looking to recruit a full time Marketing Manager for our successful & expanding Marketing Team.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Communications and Customer Experience, this role is integral to managing and executing activities for all areas of the business which includes 19 specialist subjects across adult, school leaver, higher education and apprenticeship markets.

You will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the marketing and school liaison team; planning and devising content and campaigns, then monitoring impact and reporting against recruitment KPIs.

The ideal candidate will be a marketing professional with experience of managing and motivating a team. You will have a solid understanding of managing brands, delivering results from highly targeted campaigns utilising on and offline marketing mix. This is a dynamic role which requires someone who can think on their feet, manage a diverse portfolio and is able to move from creating content one day, to strategic planning the next. You need to be able to influence and build relationships internally and externally to raise awareness of land and environment education to increase reach of the college brand.
