We are looking for a number of enthusiastic staff to join us for our busy enrolment period. These exciting temporary positions will support the enrolment of students at Nottingham College.

Contract: 37 hours per week (Between 8am and 8pm including some Saturdays in August and September), Fixed term until October 2021

There are a range of opportunities enhancing the student experience with a smooth and efficient enrolment process and ensuring our students are provided with a warm welcome to Nottingham College.

Opportunities include supporting our contact centre with course enquiries using various communication channels, welcoming students on our customer service desks, the issuing of ID cards, processing course applications and enrolments, admissions administration and applications for student finance.

Working in our supportive team of professionals you will be provided with a high-quality training and induction period.

We ask that you have good customer service and admin skills, are a quick learner and able to offer an outstanding service to our students and stakeholders. We also ask that you are available for a five-month period.

Roles will be working across our main campuses - Basford Hall, High Pavement, London Road, Highfields and our newly opened flagship Hub in the City Centre. We will need you to be flexible and able to work across sites.
