Moulton College is in the midst of a period of exciting changes. Having seen a significant growth in student numbers this year and a further similar increase expected in September 2021, we recognise our staff team also need to grow. Our Human Resources team play a vital role in designing, supporting and developing the growth of our greatest asset – our people! We are now looking to recruit a Human Resources Advisor to grow our team and support this next chapter in the development of #TeamMoulton.

You will provide a first line HR advisory service and support managers in managing their teams effectively. You will provide advice in relation the absence management, flexible working, CPD and in the application of college policies and procedures. You will also work closely with our Recruitment Officer to support the recruitment activity for the College and the HR Manager in the delivery of key people projects. You will support recruitment activities and provide advice to employees and line managers on the application of college policies. You will work in accordance with agreed service levels and collate information on a range of HR metrics to support actions to develop the employee experience. You will also attend a range of meetings to provide support in the form of minute taking and advice on HR matters.

To be considered for this role you will need to be CIPD qualified to Level 3 (or equivalent). You will have experience of working in a similar role and experience of providing a range of first line advice and support to a diverse stakeholder group. You will be a competent user of IT systems and capable of working with a range of data inform next steps. You will be able to quickly develop positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders . You will be able to work at pace and will have a flexible approach to work to ensure you can meet the needs of our diverse business.
