Gower College Swansea is looking for an enthusiastic and motivational individual to assess and teach learners within the electrical installation sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to pass on your skills at Further Education level and inspire the next generation.

Working in a vibrant and positive learning environment, you will be responsible for assessing Electrical Installations at levels 2 and 3. Programs include NVQs and taught courses within this sector including Inspection & Testing, 18<sup>th</sup> Edition IET Regulations, solar photovoltaic, plus any bespoke courses.

The ideal candidates will be highly knowledgeable, have a strong electroctechnical background and ideally evidence of assessing in a similar setting. You will also possess enthusiasm, a self-sufficient attitude, coupled with the motivation and commitment to support learners to achieve the timely completion of their qualifications.

With recent working knowledge and industry experience in an engineering/ electrical setting and experience of Inspection & Testing (18<sup>th</sup> Edition), you will hold an Assessor Award (CAVA, TAQA, A1, D32 / D33 or Training Assessment qualification or be willing to work towards.) and must be educated to Level 2 in English and Maths (GCSE or equivalent).

Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will be treated no less favourably than applications submitted in English.
