An exciting opportunity to manage, co-ordinate and develop recruitment activity for the College as the Recruitment & Onboarding Administrator working within the HR team.
You will manage, co-ordinate and develop all recruitment activity to generate interest, attract applications from suitable candidates for vacancies across the College and build a talent pool. You will support candidates and new recruits through the application, onboarding and induction process and manage associated processes, systems and reporting. As part of the HR team you will provide wider support, advice and guidance to the team and College ensuring the smooth running of processes whilst providing excellent customer service.
