We are looking for a driven individual to join our careers team to support the provision of careers education, information, advice and guidance (CEAIG) to our students.
You will work closely with other careers staff and our curriculum and pastoral teams to positively promote the careers service and drive up engagement ensuring all appointment slots are utilised. In addition, you will link with employers to organise and support employer engagement activities. We have a wealth of information on our virtual forums and you will be expected to update this as required. For students that wish to pursue Higher Education you will support them in that process.
You will be a competent user of a range of IT systems and will have exceptional organisational skills. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and be comfortable working with a diverse mix of people with different abilities and skillsets. You will enjoy working with young people and be committed to supporting individuals to achieve. Previous experience in a careers based role is not required.
