This is an excellent opportunity to lead our Foundation Learning and Supported Internship teaching provision. Reporting to the Divisional Head, you will support the development of our SEND provision in line with national and local initiatives, liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Leading, managing and motivating a team, you will take responsibility for the successful recruitment, retention and achievement of students, delivering high quality, innovative teaching and ensuring our students have an excellent experience at Plumpton College.
With a proven track record of team leadership, the ideal candidate will have experience of managing teams and associated people management processes. Having developed innovative SEND curriculum pathways and raised standards, and with experience of teaching and assessing to a consistently high standard, the successful candidate will also demonstrate an excellent understanding of students’ needs and a strong desire to see them succeed. Candidates will be degree qualified, or equivalent with a relevant teaching qualification.
