We are currently looking for a pool of hourly paid staff to support us in the delivery of our exciting new skills areas. This is an opportunity, which will enable you to pass on your knowledge, skills and experiences, to our students by supporting and training them in improving their own knowledge skills, and behaviours. These roles will be hourly paid initially whilst these specialisms are developed.

Contract: Variable Hours

  • SIA (Security Industry Authority) delivery to include a wide range of skills preparing individuals to work in regulated security roles.

You will be fully experienced in delivering training in either one of these licenced areas to a high standard, enabling participants to gain the knowledge and skills which will support them to successfully gain sector Cards/Licences. It is expected you will be capable of delivering qualifications which enhance students’ wider skills e.g. customer service, team leading and health & safety.

You will work with employers and in venues across the region so should expect to travel as part of the role.

In the majority of cases work will be scheduled as short intensive courses Monday – Friday for several weeks duration.
