This is for a Fixed term until 1 June 2022 to complete your L4 Marketing Apprentice

WHAT WE DO 

You will be part of the Marketing Account Executive team, who manage all the marketing requests that come through various sectors/channels of Luminate Education Group.

The Marketing Account Executive team are the lead contact for all curriculum areas for progressing jobs from start to completion, ensuring the project is briefed into the wider team.

Luminate Education Group is looking for an individual who will work hard to maintain exceptional client relationships whilst delivering work to its highest standard and meeting key deadlines.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support the marketing account executive role in the delivery of marketing campaigns and social media.
  • Assisting with the production of briefs to include the wider team of creative, events, comms and external agencies.
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, production timescales and ordering of merchandise.
  • Managing the client relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests.
  • Deliver tactical social media campaigns across all platforms for all areas.
  • Support the wider marketing functions of client services, events, creative and communications.
  • Attend, support, plan and evaluate a range of student and stakeholder events.
  • Maintain accurate reports of meetings (contact reports), decisions and next actions.
  • Engage with the wider Luminate Education Group as and when required.
  • Support marketing events such as graduation, awards ceremonies and open events.

If you are an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen and you were resident in the UK on or before 31 December 2020, you have until 30 June 2021 to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme, you can continue to prove your right to work in the UK with your passport and identity card up until 30 June 2021. 

There is no change to immigration and right to work for British and Irish Citizens.
