Could you be our next Inclusive Support Practitioner? This role is an exciting opportunity to deliver personal development programmes to small groups of learners, which includes providing holistic support for students with SpLD (specific learning difficulties) for their personal, social and emotional needs alongside their learning and progression needs. The role will involve supporting students to access the welfare services and support student retention and achievement through effective support.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with students with specific learning difficulties (SpLD) on a one to one basis and within small groups. With good interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive working relationships you will be a professional, hardworking and confident team player. You will also possess a minimum Level 2 qualification in numeracy and literacy.
