With our courses proving as popular as ever and student numbers rising , we are looking to enhance our in house team further by recruiting an innovative Lecturer to make a significant contribution to an already high performing team of staff delivering a range of courses to over a period of maternity leave.
The delivery of Animal Welfare courses while participating in curriculum development to meet the needs of changing industrial demand and College development. Tutoring and management of one or more courses or groups of students. To participate in demonstrations and practical activities with students.
Applicants must have a broad range of knowledge and industry experience working with a wide range of animals, including small mammals, exotics and large animals. Applicants should have an excellent knowledge base in Animal Health, Biology, Behaviour, Nutrition and Welfare and have experience working with you people.
A degree level qualification in this field, in addition to a wealth of industry experience is essential. Ideally the post holder for this role will hold a teaching and assessment qualification or be willing to work towards this.
