In all our roles, we are looking for enthusiastic team players to bring fresh ideas to drive change in our HR practices. All our roles will be suitable for a hybrid of homeworking/ office based.
Reporting to the Head of HR and Payroll, you’ll work in a team of HRBPs/ Advisors and Assistants in delivering our HR agenda. As a HRBP you will work with our curriculum team, to support them in the strategic aspects of the people management agenda. Your key areas of focus will be Employee Relations, organisational and people capability building, longer term resource and talent management planning and using business insights and data to drive changes in people management practices.
Qualified to CIPD level 5 or working towards it, you’ll have experience of looking after a broad range of complex ER cases, building and maintaining strong business relationships within your stakeholder group and being an integral part of their team. You’ll have in depth knowledge of employment law and a clear understanding of people strategy and have coached, supported and enabled stakeholders to develop their capability in managing people challenges. You’ll also have implemented HR initiatives including business planning, organisational design, workforce planning, strategic resourcing, capability management, change management and employee engagement.
