H&S Officer and Primary First Aider

The Leicestershire College Health & Safety department is seeking an enthusiastic and flexible Primary First Aider/Health & Safety Officer to work as part of a small team.  

On a day-to-day basis the successful candidate will be responsible for attending to requests for first aid assistance along with managing their Health & Safety tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a front line first aid role and/or a Health & safety role. They will be adaptable and able to respond quickly to a change in priorities as they transition between the Health & Safety part of their role into the first aid role.

They will have a passion for Health & Safety and first aid and have some experience of teaching small groups or presenting, as delivering first aid at work training and refresher sessions will be a key part of the role.

Please note we would be happy to consider applications for 30 hours per week.
