Could you be our next Horticulture Programme Manager? This role is an exciting opportunity to join our high performing team, leading our Level 1, 2 and 3 Horticulture & Hard Landscaping programmes.
Plumpton College is celebrating significant growth in our Horticulture enrolments in both full-time and part-time provision. Moreover, with the opening of One Garden Brighton and expansion of our offer there has never been a better time to work with us. We are seeking a Programme Manager for our Study Programme learners at our Plumpton Site who can develop our offer and build on our successes.
To be successful you will be an ambitious Horticulture professional who can demonstrate exceptional project management skills and a passion for education. The ideal candidate will be a good or outstanding teacher who possesses a minimum Level 3 teaching qualification, or is willing to gain a relevant qualification in role. With a relevant degree or professional qualification or equivalent experience, you will be confident in your ability to teach theory and practical lessons. You will be a professional, hardworking and confident team player with strong organisational skills and an innovative and inspirational approach to engaging learners in and out of the classroom environment.
Coordinating student experience in all aspects of programme delivery to ensure the best possible outcomes are secured, you will ensure that excellent vocational and academic skills are achieved, delivering ambitious targets for growth and quality. This is a great opportunity to play a significant role in driving the future development of new entrants into the Horticulture industry, inspiring them to be highly motivated to make a significant contribution to future study and employment in their chosen career within Horticulture.
