Dudley Inspired, our new Digital & Creative centre has recently undergone a £1.3m refurbishment to provide a state-of-the-art facility equipped with IT suite, Networking (CISCO) lab, Computer Repair workshops, Games Design studio, TV studio and Media suite. The centre is set to become a gateway to digital and creative careers, providing training for local young people and adults as we continue to grow out T Level, apprenticeship and boot camp offer. There is significant investment across the region and this is a chance for an inspirational individual to make a real impact.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and forward thinking leader to develop our digital and creative curriculum to meet the future needs of our region. Working collaboratively with our Employer Advisory Board, you will have excellent industry links and a heightened awareness of the very latest developments in digital and creative tech – these may include but are not limited to cloud, AI, IoT, AR/VR/XR, games design, motion-capture, VFX, video production, cyber security, networking, coding and big data.

Exploiting the synergy between the digital and creative industries, you will promote a collaborative and inclusive culture, enthusing our staff and students through innovative curriculum design that cuts across sectors and provides an outstanding teaching and learning experience.

Your highly effective communication skills and interactive engagement with stakeholders will shape and steer this exciting provision as we support the regional recovery in a post Covid-19, digital world.
