The role of Apprenticeship Recruitment Officer is an opportunity to join Ada at a time when we are growing our dedicated apprenticeship team in preparation for further growth of our programme in London and Manchester this Autumn. We are looking to recruit someone inspired by our mission and energised by the opportunity to play a key role in scaling up our work and impact in the apprenticeship space.

Responsible for:           Ensuring the apprenticeship recruitment process meets the needs of employers and our organisation’s mission.

Location:                         The role will be based at our site in Whitechapel with some opportunity for flexible/remote working.

We are specialist digital skills college supporting apprentices into fantastic roles in the tech sector and transforming their lives in the process. We work with over 35 of the most cutting-edge companies on the planet and have more contacting us every day because of the amazing quality of our teaching, learning and support.

We are growing rapidly with over 200 apprentices on roll at present across three higher level and degree programmes. The Level 4 Software Developer and Data Analyst apprenticeships are further enhanced with the delivery of a foundation degree alongside. We also deliver 3 pathways on the Digital & Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship; Software engineer, Data Analyst and Tech Consultant.

The Role:

At Ada we are committed to ensuring we support employers through the whole apprenticeship process, from recruitment to successful achievement.  We are looking for an Apprenticeship Recruitment Officer who will  actively engage with young people who want to embark on one our Higher Level or Degree Apprenticeships  and help us meet our ambitious plans for the future; raising our profile, highlighting success stories and supporting many more young people with a passion for tech to realise their potential.

You will have some knowledge of digital marketing strategies and a willingness to proactively engage with our partner organisations and the individuals they want to appoint as apprentices. You will also lead on promoting the courses we offer either in person, at workshops or dedicated events, or via online presentations.

Within the role, the Apprenticeship Recruitment Officer will work with the Head of Apprenticeship Programmes and employers to identify needs and carry out the recruitment process from the initial consultation to successful induction.
