You will be responsible for assisting in the co-ordination and management of the administrative procedures, functions and tasks within the Faculty whilst supporting the work of delivery staff and the management team to ensure they can deliver a quality, cost effective curriculum.

Previous experience of recording, analysing data and producing statistics is essential as is the need for accuracy and excellent IT skills.  With a minimum of 5 GCSEs Grade A-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English you will also possess a relevant level 3 qualification.

Possessing excellent communication skills with ability to communicate confidently at all levels, candidates must also be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.  You will also be well organised and able to plan ahead, with a commitment to quality.  Welsh language skills have been identified as desirable for this role.
