Lecturer in Business (Delivering specialist finance units)

Pembrokeshire College is looking for qualified finance specialists to join our highly professional business teaching team commencing in September 2021, to support with specialist finance units for exams during January 2022 and June 2022.

Salary Details:      MG1-UP1 (currently £23.87 - £34.33 per hour)                 

Hours of Work:     
Hourly paid - approximately 166 teaching hours (covering specialist units)

Contract Type: 
Fixed term - 30 June 2022 (covering maternity)

We are looking for someone to join this small but highly committed group of lecturers, supporting the delivery of specialist finance units for our BTEC level 2 and 3 Business courses.  The topics within these units include (please refer to the links for further information);

· Finance for Business  (BTEC First Business 2018 specification -  unit 2 https://qualifications.pearson.com/en/qualifications/btec-firsts/business-2012-nqf.html#%2Ftab-1)

· Personal and Business Finance (BTEC L3 Foundation Diploma  Business 2016 specification https://qualifications.pearson.com/en/qualifications/btec-nationals/business-2016.html)

· Business Decision Making (BTEC L3 Extended Diploma Business 2016 specification - unit 7  B1-B5, F1-F5 G1 https://qualifications.pearson.com/en/qualifications/btec-nationals/business-2016.html_
