Lecturer in Business and Operations Management (Permanent, London)

Are you as passionate about Higher Education teaching and our student journey as we are? If so, we are looking for engaging and committed lecturers to teach subjects relating to Business and most importantly Operations Management. Of particular interest are lecturers who have significant experience of teaching at Levels 3-7 in Business and Operations Management.As part of this recruitment drive, we are particularly interested in attracting lecturers with experience of teaching at Level 7 in Operations Management related topics.

A little more about the roles: As a Lecturer you will be responsible for student learning, progress, assessment and academic achievement.

What you’ll be doing:

Plan, prepare, teach/deliver modules in your specialist subject areas and support student’s learning on a range of programmes delivered in partnership with well-known and well established UK universities;

Carry out the marking of student work and providing feedback to students;

Carry out academic administration duties at modular level as required;

Meet partnership and internal quality assurance processes in relation to programmes and modules;

Maintain personal and professional development.

What you’ll bring to the team:

Suitable HE teaching experience in relevant subject areas is essential;

A Master’s degree in a relevant subject area is essential;

Experience of teaching international students is highly desirable;

A teaching qualification and membership of the HEA are highly desirable;

A doctorate qualification is desirable and welcomed, as are current publications but not essential.
