WHAT WE DO 

This is a great opportunity for an experienced and efficient PA to provide high level of support for Luminate Education Groups Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

In this role you’ll report into the Executive Assistant to the Group CEO and work alongside other PAs and Project Coordinators within the Executive Support Team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As a PA you’ll organise and coordinate the workload commitments of the team, and also provide full administrative support including but not restricted to, minute taking at meetings, diary management, routine correspondence and amendment of documents.

YOUR PROFILE 

You will need to be a self-motivated, enthusiastic and a proactive person who can learn to pre-empt the needs of ELT from an administrative perspective ensuring their time is optimised.

You will be able to work effectively, in what can at times be a pressurised environment.

The role will require, amongst other skills and attributes, excellent proven interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, with experience of minute taking at a high level.

There is no change to immigration and right to work for British and Irish Citizens.
