WHAT YOU WILL DO
The role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of the business engagement with business working directly with employers on a sectoral basis to provide the right individual skills solutions for businesses within Harrogate district.
The role will target priority sectors to promote the offer, stimulate demand, engage businesses and ensure the skills offer meets the business needs.
- Excellent presentation skills and the confidence to deliver complex information.
- Superb negotiation and influencing skills to secure sales/business contracts.
- Able to work in a busy environment and be able to work under pressure to meet challenging targets.
- Be organised with excellent time management skills Demonstrate a passion for supporting people into apprenticeships and meeting business needs.
- Experience of working with employers with apprenticeship sign ups.
