IT Support Officer (3rd Line)

Bridgend College has a new, exciting opportunity for an IT Support Officer (3rd line) to join our innovative and passionate IT Support team.   

Job Purpose: To manage the day to day administration of the college IT infrastructure. Including but not limited to: Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft System Center, Windows Image Deployment Application deployment, Virtualization

Technologies (VMWare),SonicWALL firewall, Dell/HP network

What are we looking for?

• Sound understanding of Microsoft and Google Operating systems Technical Skills including Google Suite, Windows, Microsoft Office, AV Products, Remote Desktop Services Good hardware and software troubleshooting and diagnostic skills IT Industry knowledge and proven education industry experience Good interpersonal skills
