Customer Services Assistant (21 hours)
Part Time – 21 hours per week
Perth College UHI is one of Scotland’s leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland’s newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands.
We are seeking to appoint a Customer Services Assistant who will play a key customer service role within the College. The post will involve carrying out reception and switchboard duties as well as a range of administrative tasks.
You must be able to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills together with excellent organisational skills. An enthusiasm for working with people and being able to work unsupervised is equally as important. In addition to this, you will be competent in the use of Information Technology and have a keen eye for detail.
This post undertakes regulated work with children and a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme check is required. A check will be made against the list of those barred from working with children.
