Ace Embroidery Ltd are looking to recruit an Administration Apprentice, to provide admin support to the office and factory and manage all social media accounts with the support of sales.
Day to day duties will include:
- Providing admin support to the MD
- Providing admin support to the Sales Manager when required
- Managing customer expectations
- Answering customer queries via phone and email
- Management of all social media accounts
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience - aftersales management
- Company project work
- Other duties that may be required from time to time within the scope of this role profile and qualified by prior training and experience
