Associate Enrolment Support Assistant

We have a number of great opportunities based at our Bedford campus for an Associate Enrolment Support Assistant to become a key member of our Enquiries and Admission department.

As an Associate Enrolment Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through:

  • Acting as a single point of contact for all customers contacting The Bedford College Group regarding full-time enrolment. Offering support and technical assistance to customers you are using our software and computer systems to enrol on-line and answering any FAQs where you can, including coordinating onward referrals to the most appropriate team, consistently monitoring and tracking all referrals.
  • Working effectively as a member of the Sales & Marketing Directorate, carrying out any other associated duties as directed by the Head of Enquiries and Admissions, Head of Registry and Director of Registry and Recoveries.

Our ideal candidates will have experience of working in a fast paced customer focused environment and exceeding customer expectations and experience of providing advice to customers using a variety of communication methods, e.g. email and via the telephone, alongside the following qualifications:

  • A good standard of education, including English and mathematics at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent.
  • An IT qualification at Level 2 or above

Up to 30 hours per week
