Casual Skills Coach

We have an exciting opportunity at Bridgend College for an enthusiastic Skills Coach to join our passionate teaching and learning teams on a casual basis. In this role, you will provide support for learners who require additional support especially in literacy and numeracy but also in other areas, such as academic progress or in wellbeing. You will also work closely with lecturing staff and other support staff to implement a wide range of support mechanisms that will assist individual learners to progress successfully through their studies.

With excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a wide and diverse student population, you will be able to motivate learners of all ages and backgrounds.

Please note that specific days and hours cannot be guaranteed - they are offered on a casual, ad hoc basis to fit the needs of the service and so may vary.
