The role:

To provide outstanding strategic leadership, working cross-service and with a range of stakeholders to collaboratively identify income growth opportunities and develop the Service’s bid management activities.

To ensure funding opportunities are successfully tendered for within a clear and consistent bid management framework and secure funds from alternative funding sources to meet service income targets.

To develop key employer partnerships that enables the service to create a responsive and innovative curriculum offer to meet the needs of the local and wider economy.

About you:

You will have a demonstrable track record of bidding for and securing funding from a variety of sources and experience of meeting the requirements of external funding agencies and other key stakeholders in delivering a service.

Experience of project, contract and financial management is key, as well as being an excellent communicator, adept at building strong working relationships and partnerships with a range of stakeholders.
