We have an opportunity for an Administrator to join our People Services team (formerly Human Resources), which is dedicated to providing a great service to help build the future of the College.
Contract: 37 hours per week, permanent
You will play a crucial role in the team to provide a support service to staff on all aspects of the Employee Life Cycle such as maternity, paternity, salary and contract queries. You will also be part of the team co-ordinating all recruitment activity for the college from initial advert to the issuing of contracts of employment and on boarding activity, providing a great first impression for new staff.
Candidates will need to demonstrate their relevant experience in either an administrative, customer service or Human Resources/People Services background. You must also be well organised and be able to work as part of a team, be proactive working to deadlines and maintain high levels of accuracy.
