The Quality team’s role as an enabler is to support the strategic objectives of attract, join, retain, achieve and employ through the functions of quality assurance and monitoring, whilst driving continuous improvements and measuring improvements and impacts to the student experience. We are here to support curriculum and service area teams by providing information, advice and guidance regarding quality assurance and improvement processes and Awarding Organisation compliance and improvements.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Data Co-ordinator to join our team, who will be responsible for analysing and reporting on curriculum and performance data, as well as leading on activities that will contribute to the effective use and monitoring of all quality data, which in turn contributes to quality improvement.

We are looking for someone with experience of analysing large data sets and writing concise, accurate reports drawing out key messages and emerging trends. You will have experience of using Excel and developing tracking and monitoring systems and processes.

The post holder will provide guidance, support and training for colleagues and Curriculum Managers on relevant quality data and reporting systems. You will also provide regular updates and early intervention of areas of concern for all areas of the College, including FE, Apprenticeships, HE and Subcontractors.

During the Covid pandemic our team has been working successfully from home and this may continue for a proportion of our working week post-pandemic, as the College continues to move towards more agile working practices.

The post will be shortlisted against the essential and desirable criteria at application stage from the person specification. Please ensure that you have a look at this specification attached to the Role Profile and complete your application directly from this, as these specifications are an integral part of the selection process.
