Admin / Finance Apprentice

The job role of the Admin / Finance Apprentice would be to support the efforts of the Finance Team for Fortress Interlocks.
The Admin / Finance Apprentice will help maintain the day-to-day admin tasks for the team and managing communications from Fortress Employees and Fortress Customers & Vendors.
As the Admin / Finance Apprentice you will:
- Process PO purchase invoices
- Process non-PO purchase invoices
- Check supplier statements
- Purchase ledger queries
- Process employee expense submissions
- Customer statement distribution
- Customer queries/copy invoice requests
- Credit control payments due – initial chase
- Scanning/filing as required
- General admin duties as required
