To provide an effective and efficient administration and support to the HR team. Sharing ideas is at the heart of what we do and we encourage all team members to drive continuous improvement. This is a varied role, so your flexibility, prioritisation and professional approach will be a key requirement.

General administration duties such as:

  • Filing
  • Data input
  • Photocopying
  • Creating folders
  • Taking phone calls
  • Sending and receiving emails
  • Managing HR & Training managers diary
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Checking application packs are completed correctly
  • Set up training rooms prior to training sessions
  • Printing
  • Any other administrative duties as required


  • Confidentiality/data protection regarding all personal information and Company activity must be maintained at all times (both in and out of working hours) in accordance with Contract of Employment and Company Handbook. Any breach of confidentiality will be taken seriously and appropriate disciplinary action may be taken

General Provisions:

  • Maintain high and consistent standards and act in accordance with Company Policy
  • Employees are expected to participate in the performance review process
  • Ensure information concerning employees, applicants and other information is treated as confidential
  • Participate and promote the Salisbury Vision and Values
  • To promote and comply with all Salisbury policies and supporting procedures
  • Ensure that the Health and Safety Policies, Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines are properly managed and adhered to at all times
  • Ensure commitment towards Quality Standards, by maintaining an awareness of the control standards of any activities for which the jobholder is accountable. Ensure compliance is maintained as a priority consideration
  • Other duties within the general scope of the post may be required from time to time
  • The duties of the post and job description will be regularly reviewed by the HR Manager with Managing Director
  • In light of experience this job description may change from time to time
