At Nottingham College, our operating model for People Services (formerly Human Resources) is to be a visible, valuable and trusted partner and we are looking for an experienced and self-motivated People Services Officer to join our People Services operations team to advise managers and staff on a range of employee relations matters, including sickness absence, discipline, grievance and performance management, alongside playing a key role in supporting the development of policies and procedures, change programmes and a range of other People Services projects.

You will be a confident communicator with a collaborative style, highly organised with an eye for detail and a true team player who can advance our mission to be an Employer of Choice.
