Are you ready to manage the end-to-end process of our scholarship management? Creating and setting up awards across multiple Schools, you’ll agree faculty timelines, review submissions, and manage student outcomes. From ongoing reporting to using these insights to prepare for future academic intakes - updating and sharing essential scholarship documentation across the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Working with BPP faculties to agree scholarship awards for the academic year
- Shaping scholarship application questions with relevant teams
- Writing and managing scholarship application forms
- Reviewing applications based on previously agreed criteria for awards
- Managing student outcome statuses within our scholarship application platform
- Updating scholarship outcome documentation to share with wider teams
- Providing up-to-date results of student applications
- Providing weekly updates to students of scholarship outcomes
- Understanding how BPP’s wider approach to automation will impact student results
- Ongoing reporting on scholarship numbers to manage budget and awards
