What you’ll be doing? As Programme Leader for the Senior Leader programme you will have responsibility for the academic and apprenticeship management of the programme.  You will be joining us at an exciting point in the programmes evolution as you will be leading the academic delivery, implementation and run out of the existing Senior Leader Degree Apprenticeship (SLMDA) as well as working with the Associate Dean to scope, develop and implement the Senior Leader Apprenticeship coming in March.

Initiate and lead the academic and apprenticeship delivery and development of the programme in conjunction with the Associate Dean and Senior Management.

Ensure that all associated academic and apprenticeship processes are completed in accordance with regulatory bodies, industry/client needs and QA best practices. This requirement relates to all module and programme activities as well as information provision to senior managers.

Accountable for ensuring the standards of internal and external validating and accrediting bodies are met.

Responsible for ensuring that the academic and apprenticeship quality assurance policies and procedures are adhered to and to continue to strive for ever more relevant and career empowering academic and apprenticeship standards.

Manage the tri-partite relationship between student – employer-degree in association with other internal stakeholders such as account managers and talent partners.

Bring your experience:

Lecturing experience at Masters level in relevant Leadership & Management subject areas

Lecturing experience in a work based learning environment

Masters Degree in relevant Leadership & Management subject areas

Fellowship of the HEA (or significant teaching experience preferably in a degree apprenticeship setting with a commitment to secure fellowship within 12 months of appointment).

Coaching qualification desirable

Chartered Manager status desirable
