WHAT WE DO 
The HE Health & Social Care team at the ucLeeds deliver a range of foundation degree's, top-up degree's and higher level apprenticeships.

Due to retirement we are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate with the skills and attributes required to build on our current success and drive the team forward.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The role of Programme Manager is extremely varied with direct responsibility for the success of the area. Key duties within the role include: - Student success (retention, achievement, continuation) - Development of programmes (validations, new courses) - Quality review/evaluation of area (i.e. Annual Reviews) - Performance Management of staff within area (i.e. appraisals) - Teaching commitment

YOUR PROFILE 
We are looking for:

- Energy and drive required to develop team and programmes

- Enthusiastic with a 'can-do' attitude

- Supportive outlook to both staff and students

- Ability to analyse and interpret data

- Experience of working within a College Based Higher Education institution is desirable.

- Qualified up to Masters level in a Health related subject

- Experience of teaching within HE environment

- Sense of humour is paramount!
